Return & Exchange Policy

Time Frame for Returns: Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt.
Condition of Returned Items: Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged or have been used extensively cannot be returned.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchange Option: Customers may choose an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied for certain items, particularly those requiring significant repackaging or inspection.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
