- Simple installation requires some foam cutting with a hobby knife, basic soldering skills to connect the pre-soldered and assembled light assembly

*Notice about DIGITAL Display Visibility in Bright Daylight
Display visibility in direct and bright sunlight
***We want our customers to have the best experience with our displays! This display is much like a laptop screen and cannot compete with the sun on bright sunny days! While you can still see it, you may lose fine detail in bright daylight depending on your canopy design and the time of day. For the best "distance experience" use on mostly mostly cloudy days, overcast days, or toward your evening flights similar to how you would use your external LED Nav lights.
You can always see your display information if you peer through the canopy up close and shade it such as you would block the sun with your hand.
The Warbird Series is more visible than the Sport Model Series. Plan accordingly.

I have 30+ years experience in model aviation, 6 years of military aviation experience in avionics, a background of engineering, design, consulting and innovation management. That all lends itself well to dare to try new ideas in the field of model aviation. I have flown a variety of model aircraft, full scale sailplanes, hang gliders and even helicopters.
